Initial Enquiry

Once you have decided where you would like to stay, with possibly more than one option for your first or second choices, send an e-mail to Jo or call during office hours (9.00am to 4.00pm, Mondays to Fridays).  In your contact, please specify where you are interested in staying, the dates you'd like to stay, how many people in your group (including how many singles, couples and children over and under 12 years of age) and if you have any other additional queries or requests.   Jo will check availability and get back to you within a day or two. 

Bookings

If your choice of accommodation is available for your requested dates and you would like to book, please contact Jo once again as soon as possible in order to secure the booking.   During very busy periods in Tofo which are Easter, end of June/beginning of July and December from about 15th to first week in January, options get booked up quickly and often many months in advance, so the sooner you make your booking for these periods, the better chance you have of securing your first choice.

Payments

For all bookings, a 50% deposit is payable immediately to secure the booking.  This payment can be made into either a UK, South African or Mozambican bank account.  We will send banking details once the booking has been requested.   Final payment is due at least 30 days prior to the start of the booking into the same bank account as the deposit.
